To claim settlement in Spain for work reasons, you need to meet the following requirements: to have lived in Spain for at least two years, have a work contract and can prove that you have worked for at least one year. The difficultiy lies in proving the existence of this work relationship, as you need a sentence passed in labour court or a certficate/report stating the case by the office of labour inspections.
